In There’s Not a Baby at the End of This Story: A Candid Guide for Grieving Miscarriage & Infertility, Jessica Field shares her and her husband’s personal stories of multiple miscarriages and unexplained infertility while presenting evidence-based tools to help with grief as well as spiritual practices (like self-compassion and acceptance) to navigate coping with loss. The book includes journal prompts to help readers go within, as well as letters to vent and celebrate, and humor (yes, humor) to break up the heaviness.

Jessica Field, MPS, is a Spiritual Wellness Coach for individuals, groups, and Spiritual Leaders. Her diverse experience in case management, youth ministry, hospice, addiction, trauma, spiritual care, domestic violence, & mental health, combined with her deep drive for healing & resiliency, have placed her in the unique position to guide people from all walks of life toward healing, purpose, and joy. Jessica’s work focuses on grief, forgiveness, purpose, and meaning.
